Fipaj provides a free online tool that allows users to access and download thumbnail images from publicly available YouTube videos. The Service works by retrieving publicly accessible thumbnail image URLs from YouTube's servers based on a video ID provided by the user. Fipaj does not download, host, store, or redistribute any YouTube videos or copyrighted video content — only thumbnail images that are publicly accessible through YouTube's content delivery network.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Fipaj Service for the following lawful purposes:

5. Intellectual Property

The Fipaj website, its design, codebase, logo, and all original content created by Fipaj are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Fipaj. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary materials without express written permission.

6. Copyright & Content Ownership

All YouTube thumbnails retrieved through the Fipaj Service are the intellectual property of their respective YouTube video creators and/or YouTube (Google LLC). Fipaj claims no ownership over any thumbnail images. By downloading a thumbnail, you acknowledge that:

• The thumbnail may be protected by copyright law
• You are solely responsible for how you use the downloaded thumbnail
• Commercial use, republication, or redistribution of thumbnails may require permission from the original rights holder
• Fipaj shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from your use of downloaded thumbnails

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIPAJ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• All YouTube thumbnails will be available in all quality levels
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIPAJ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, since the service is free, shall be zero).
